Probodyone Program for atheletes

The Probodyone Program for athletes analyzes the interactions between the mind, the physical body and the energy system, using synergy to achieve overall performance.
We intervene at all levels of practice, always in reference to the evolutionary guidelines of guidlines of scientific societies.
Our method looks for full performance, even in physical activity or sports for health. Practicing a sport to improve a state of health without having (relative) performance would engender demotivation. For example, in case of being overweight, not seeing your fat mass reduced with a training program would be seen as a form of counter-performance.

Differences are set out in the performance objectives and according to the level of practice:
Sport centered on health
We improve the health of the person according to their possibilities (back pain, cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, overweight, hypertension, history of trauma, etc.)
Competitive Sport
We improve physical and mental performance to obtain results in competition, but always preserving health capital.
High Performance Sport
We promote training for the development of physical and mental qualities. We help you overcome your current level to reach new goals.
Professional ahtletes
We optimize the existing qualities and we seek that the professional athlete develops physical, mental and energetic qualities not exploited.
